Like I've mentioned before, we are gearing up for another move.  We've been packing, boxing, and having a blast. Really!  This is a move we are looking forward too.  Needless to say, I have certainly been neglecting my body, and believe me, my nails and hair have certainly let me know. I've been drinking this 5 days a week for the last two weeks.  I have seen my fingernails grow approximately an 1/8 of an inch during this time.  That's quite impressive for me. Especially since up to that point, my fingernails were breaking daily, and definitely not growing. Not only that, but the ridges in my nails have disappeared.  In addition when I trimmed my nails last night, I couldn't believe how thick they were.  Certainly a vast improvement from the two weeks previous.

My hair feels thicker from the previous two weeks, and when I washed my hair this week, I didn't have near as much hair loss as I have had all year long.  

In just this short time I've been drinking the Cranberry Splash Beauty Infusion, I honestly can't say I've seen an improvement in my wrinkles on my face going away, but they haven't gotten any worse. (It's still only 10 days I've been drinking the Beauty Insusion though.) My skin on my hands have tightened up, and even though they weren't wrinkly, they certainly were not supple and smooth. The only downside to this marvelous product is when I mix my scoop of Beauty Infusion in my glass of water, it doesn't dissolve completely.  It sometimes makes me cough if I don't stir it when I get near the bottom of the glass of drink.  I have found that the longer I let it the powder sit in the glass after the initial blending, it dissolves better.  I have read other's reviews where they add this to smoothies, and don't have that issue of it not completely dissolving.  I haven't let this deter me from taking the drink.  I like the benefits too much.

My Review:  For years I took grape seed supplements until they became hard to locate at local stores. I took them to help increase circulation and to strengthen my veins.  I noticed a great deterioration once I stopped taking grape seed supplements.  I've tried various products over those years searching for the perfect solution until I could again find a quality grape seed product.

When I had the opportunity to try NeoCell's Pomegranate From The Seed, I was so excited to read that this was even better than grape seed.

I've been taking this now for about 3 1/2 weeks.  During this time, I have seen a significant improvement first of all in experiencing a kidney and liver flush.  For those suffering from UTI's, this is a proven product to help relieve those symptoms.  I use to just drink straight 100% cranberry juice. No more, my first line of defense will now be Pomegranate.  I felt like after a week, my liver and kidneys were functioning a whole lot better.  For those who have fatty livers and type II diabetes, you may experience significant improvement by taking Pomegranate.  

Next thing I noticed was the improvement of my hands and feet which are always cold.  My husband has said he didn't know how I could have such cold hands and feet living in a hot humid climate, but I sure did.  I know it's winter time, but my hands and feet are starting to finally warm up from the inside out.  Basically, they are starting to have improved circulation.

Pros:  A supplement that truly works, and noticed the effects the first few hours after taking the first capsule.  Have seen and felt positive results in the 2 1/2 weeks I've been taking this.  My husband has been very excited about the healing process of his skin cancer surgery site.

My Review:  Neocell offers great products.  I've been impressed with those I have tried in the past. Lately I've been looking at various supplements to help me with my frozen shoulder, which is taking a way long time to get over.  My studies have shown that typically most get over frozen shoulder within a years time.  I'm going on 18 + months now.  I've tried various products, exercises, and even 1 treatment of acupuncture to no avail.  When I had the opportunity to try a couple of products from Neocell, it was really hard to pick because they are all soooo great.

Based on the increased pain I was dealing with and now my knees were starting to give me problems from my ramped up exercising, I knew these issues needed to be addressed now.  Therefore, I chose to try Glow Matrix Advanced Skin Hydrator.  Now you're probably thinking how does this relate to frozen shoulder and sore knees.

Just days prior to this review opportunity, I had just read the following statement by Dr. Julian Whitaker, whose advice I have followed for at least 25 years. One of the key ingredients in Glow Matrix is Hyaluronic acid.  Not only this, but Glow Matrix had the added benefits of improving skin moisture and elasticity, and reducing signs of aging in just 15 days.  I couldn't go wrong.

The very first day I had started taking Glow Matrix, I had the best relief I had experienced with my frozen shoulder in a very long time.  Also, my knees did not hurt when I exercised.  I've Never had anything work so fast.  I also could see the results of the B Vitamins working too.  Felt more energy.

By day 2 I could actually do jumping jacks with both my arms above my head.  This hasn't happened in over 18 months.

Day 3 my arm had even more free range motion.  That day, I also noticed that I didn't need to slather on the lotions on my hands and arms like I was used to doing.  They actually felt hydrated.  My husband even commented on how soft my feet felt that day.

Day 4 the wrinkles in my hands and fingers had diminished.  They looked plump, not fat, but not all wrinkly.

Each day I see constant improvement with various parts of my body looking and feeling better.  I'm truly sold on this product.

Pros:  Superb product that actually produces results on Day 1. Very impressed with improvement I saw regarding frozen shoulder, and wrinkles disappearing, and skin looking and feeling hydrated.  I highly recommend this product.

Keep Wrinkles At Bay

Details:  Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid is a leave-on exfoliant.  It removes old skin cells both on the skin's surface and inside the pore.  It helps with acne breakouts, is for all skin types, creates radiant even-toned skin, reduces redness and builds collagen.  It is good for those who have rosacea.  Helps diminish wrinkles.


Review:  Paula's Choice makes wonderful claims to help keep wrinkles at bay, and help for acne breakouts.  I was hesitant to try this, as I had just been using an AHA.  It was love at first try with the BHA.  No stinging, no strong chemical smell.  It made my skin feel hydrated and very soft and silky. Actually AHA's and BHA's only have one molecule different in their makeup.  I vote to use BHA from here on out.

The one thing I didn't like is that my face was now breaking out more than ever.  I assume my clogged pores were now unclogging.  I can live with that.  It did last about 10 days before the breakouts diminished.  However, during this entire time, my face felt smoother than ever before, even after the AHA.

Paula has a booklet titled "20 Beauty Myths Busted!"  In there she describes how to keep wrinkles at bay.  She recommends "regular use of brilliantly formulated sunscreens, exfoliants (AHAs or BHA), moisturizers loaded with antioxidants and cell-communicating ingredients, and retinoids (components of Vitamin A including retinol), among numerous others are your best options, and this is supported by copious research."  She goes on to say that you can save thousands of dollars by not purchasing antiwrinkle and anti-aging skin care products that don't perform like they should.

I've had a very hard clogged pore for several weeks.  Once I started using Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid, this has greatly diminished.  Not completely gone yet, but almost.  I was beginning to think this would look more like a mole if things didn't improve.  I don't have that concern any more.

Through BzzAgent I #GotItFree. I was given several samples to hand out and let others try.  Everyone who has tried this has had positive results and comments.  It is a great product.

Pros:  Helps to keep wrinkles at bay.  Face is smoother and softer.  Face feels more hydrated.

Cons:  Didn't like the 10 days of breakouts while pores were unclogging.

Nice Alternative to a Facelift

Collagen To Help Strengthen Nails, Hair

Details: NeoCell is a wonderful website filled with natural nutritional supplements to benefit the hair, skin and nails.  Their products contain collagen which begins to decline in our bodies at an early age.  Their products contain Collagen 1, 2, & 3.  There is a difference between these.  From NeoCell's website, it states,

The protein composition consists of nineteen amino acids responsible for the growth and maintenance of the body with unusually high percentages of glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, which are all found in the skin and muscle. Collagen Type 2 protein consists of eighteen amino acids, which amino acid profiles parallel the profile of the joint cartilage. Collagen Type 1&3 and Collagen Type 2 should not be combined due the types having different amino acid profiles. Review:  I was able to review 2 products from NeoCell.  The product I chose for myself was the Collagen Type 1&3.  This is specifically  to replenish the body's diminishing supply of collagen.  In turn this will help minimize fine lines and wrinkles, improve elasticity in the skin, help bones become stronger, corrects weak, broken and split ends of hair, helps damaged nail beds, helps thicken fine hair, improves circulation, promotes wound healing, and helps build lean muscle to help burn fat while you sleep.  Wow!  What more could you ask for in just 6 tablets a day.

Before I started taking this, I had two split fingernails, damaged hair, fine lines, and in desperate need for improved circulation and who wouldn't want to burn fat while sleeping.  Three weeks into the routine of taking these tablets, my split fingernails finally stopped splitting, my hair appeared thicker (no I didn't change shampoos or conditioners), and I am losing weight.  My face seems more plump - not fat, just fewer wrinkles and the lines around my eyes are diminishing.  I feel my face has more elasticity.  This stuff is great.  I only take the tablets 5 days a week, so I'm not real consistent in taking them 7 days a week, and still I've noticed great improvement.  I still have a ways to go, but I can say this is working.  This is a product I will keep using.
