EPX Body Nutri-Thin

My Review: To be honest when I first got these emails from the Independent Distributor, I really thought it was just a scam just trying to get my money. However when I actually got the product to review I was very surprised and excited to test it out.  I got a 3 day supply of the EPX body Nutri-Thin capsules.  The directions say to take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before eating breakfast, with LOTS of water.  Contains Vitamins B3, B6, B5, B12, B9, and caffeine, Ginseng, Cayenne, Acai Berry, and Ginger.

This isn't the first weight loss pill that I've had to follow these directions with, but this is the first of the 3 that I've tried that actually didn't make my sick to my stomach through the pill or capsule flavor, when taking it with water before eating breakfast, or any meal.  During the week that I took this 3 day supply I saw that I lost 3 lbs, and was able to keep it off.  I did have a lot more energy when I worked out (I did 3-4 hard bike rides a day, for 10-15 minutes at a time).  But I also felt a little sluggish in my brain, and had a really hard time falling asleep at night.  I literally stayed up for hours, which at this time wasn't usual for me.  I'm thinking its because of the caffeine.

Overall, I feel like these capsules were a great way for my body to get all the Vitamin B's that I needed.  It helped me with my weight loss experience, and plan.  For me, I would love to find some time of weight loss supplement/ herbal "help" that I can take to help me loose and maintain that lost fat.  But also as I work out, that I can tone down, and build muscle.  This being said, I really want to find something for myself that doesn't have caffeine in it, because I can't handle a lot of caffeine due to a weakened heart.

Pros: it did work in helping me loose weight and keep it off.

Cons: it had caffeine, that I can't really handle

My Review: I started this on November 7th, 2012.  Within the first week I lost and kept off 5 lbs.  I know these results aren't typical.  I was working out for 15-20 minutes a day, doing a lot of toning, and jump roping.  This was $25 at Wal-Mart.  I was looking for something that specifically burns body fat, but doesn't have caffeine or a caffeine substitute.  After using this for a while now, I have found that this is easy to swallow, easy to take, and its easy on the stomach.  I had been able to burn and keep off 5 lbs for 2 weeks while using this.  Then Thanks Giving came, and well its been hard to start taking it again.  But I am, it doesn't work as quickly or easily without any exercise.  Even just 15 minutes of a hard or medium exercise is enough to work.  You have to take this 30 minutes before eating each meal.  Do you know just how hard this is?  Every morning I wake up starving (usually) and if I don't eat anything right away I feel nauseous like when I was pregnant and I really really really really HATE that feeling.   For the two weeks that I lost and kept off those 5 lbs I drank a Slim Fast shake for breakfast, and a fruit smoothie for lunch, and a real meal for dinner.  I did have healthy snacks in between each meal and before bed too. (Oranges, apples, bananas, carrots, sea salted almonds, cliff bars, Kind bars)  

Pros: it works, its easy to swallow, its easy on the stomach

Cons: remembering to take this 30 minutes before my meals
