My Review:  I've used coconut oil for many years now.  However, I've only recently been introduced to Fractionated Coconut Oil.  I like it a lot for many different reasons above regular coconut oil.  I like each for different reasons.  For instance, regular coconut oil is great for Oil Pulling.  Fractionated Coconut Oil is superb when blended with other essential oils.  I even like it just by itself as a remedy for my dry skin.  My skin truly feels silkier and smoother, and my phone is certainly the test for it not being greasy after application.

Pure Body Naturals has a great cap on it which makes using their product a lot easier than others. Notice below how the cap sort of pops up, allowing just a small amount of oil to come out, not the whole bottle of oil if you aren't careful.

I also like how it is colorless and odorless.  Makes it nice and easy for adding to other essential oils or aromatherapy without any consequences.  Great for massages.

Currently I am on a topical detox for my lymphatic system.  I have to be very careful of which product I use on my body.  There isn't any problem in using fractionated coconut oil with this detox, which is good.  I have to be able to allow the toxins to exit my skin and can't have anything clogging my pores.  Since I'm just starting, my skin seems extra dry and this is the perfect solution to hydrate my skin.

My Review:  There are so many wonderful ways to use Lemon Essential Oil, and Pure Body Naturals has a huge 4 ounce bottle that is therapeutic grade.  I try to make sure all my essential oils are therapeutic grade so that I can benefit from them without worries.  This lemon oil smells delightful.  It really helps put me in a cheerful mood when I smell it.

When I listed my last house for sale, the realtor asked that we have lemon scent throughout the house so it would smell fresh, clean, and put them in a good mood.  Unfortunately, I didn't know about essential oils back then, but did find other products to use.  Now I can place the 100% Pure and Natural Lemon Oil in my diffuser and make my entire house smell clean and fresh, and lift our moods on those cloudy rainy days.

My Review: I Love Love Love Peppermint.  This was my first ever Peppermint Essential Oil and it is fantastic.  It smells so delightful.  I was super excited to try this.  I've used it for many things already. I mixed a couple of drops in a 12 oz. bottle and drink it throughout the day.  I just had a wisdom tooth extraction, so this is great to help my breath while that hole heals.  Since it is also a natural pain reliever this has helped me get through the healing process.  It's also a great pick-me-up.  Who needs caffeine anyways.  Need help with flatulence issues?
