My Review:  I understand the need for body detox.  Our body has so many systems that need to be detoxed.  We have our kidneys, liver, colon, etc.  I have a regular routine to detox my liver each morning and my kidneys each night.  Somewhere inbetween, I've neglected my colon.  When the opportunity came up to review this Colon Detox by Justified Laboratories, I jumped on it.

I always know when it's time to detox my colon.  It usually starts with a couple of days of constipation.  I usually get back on track by taking my magnesium citrate and pro-biotics.  However, I realized it's been a long time since I did a thorough job of detoxing my colon.

The first thing I always consider before starting any detox is using all natural ingredients.  I'm trying to eliminate toxins, I don't need to be putting any back in.


I was very impressed by the list of ingredients in the Colon Detox Total Body Cleanse. They include Fennel Seed, Cascara Sagrada, Ginger, Goldenseal, Pumpkin Seed, Buckthorn Root, Licorice Root, Rhubarb, Citrus Pectin, Acidophilus, Acai, Cape Aloe, Bentonite Clay, Aloe Vera, Cayenne Pepper, Senna, Oat Bran, Prune Juice and Flax Seed Oil. And one of the best parts is you only need 1 or 2 capsules daily.  That's It.  Nothing more.

In the past, I haven't gone through any detox program that took less than 7 days, and usually upwards past 14 days and more.  Some as long as 30 days.  Needless to say, you can imagine my surprise that within 24 hours I noticed a difference.  The cleansing had begun.  In all my years of doing detox or colon cleanses, I've never had anything work so quickly.  I've been on the Colon Detox now for 3 whole days as of this post.  Believe me, I've been pleasantly surprised at the cleanse.  It's awesome, gentle, and Fast!
