Review: Each bottle is a 30 day supply. I let two different people try this out to see if it would help diminish their snoring issues. They each had different responses to the herb. One of the couples has mentioned that the lady has to get to sleep before her husband does, or shes up all night listening to him snore. She was very excited to have her husband try Shush.
Knowing that it could take 2 weeks before noticing a difference, and they only had 2 weeks worth of capsules, they gave it a whirl. There was peaceful sleeping the first night. It worked very fast for this guy. He experienced no side effects, and will definitely purchase this product. There wasn't anything they didn't like about it, and very impressed that it worked, and it worked instantly.
The second couple had a very different outcome. They did experience relief from snoring. Consequently the one taking it had extremely weird dreams. So bad and weird that it wasn't worth them continuing on with the herbs. These dreams did not occur prior to taking Shush, and quit as soon as they stopped taking the herb.
Do to the different results, like BioTerra recommends, please check with a health professional before trying.

Pros: It does help stop snoring. One person found it worked the very first night trying it. It restored a very restful sleep for that couple.
Cons: Caused very weird dreams for one, to the point of not continuing on.
