Best Ever and Super Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

Key Lime Pie
This is a very simple, yet a very Decadent Dessert. You are bound to get rave reviews on this like I have. This has become one of our family's and extended family's desserts. Even my 20 year old son makes this and gets wonderful compliments. It has only 4 ingredients.
• 1  14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
• 5 ounces of Key Lime Juice
• 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
• 9 inch prepared crumb pie crust
Thoroughly mix the Key Lime Juice with the sweetened condensed milk until well blended. Gently fold the whipped topping in mix well. Spoon the mixture into your prepared crumb crust. Chill in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least six hours. Garnish with more whipped topping and lime slices, if desired. This makes a cold, refreshing frozen desert, too. Freeze before garnishing.

Lemon Balm Lemonade Recipe

I've grown lemon balm for years, and with my last move forgot to take some with me.  While visiting my son a week ago, I grabbed several leaves from his plants and made Lemon Balm Lemonade. It adds a nice additional lemon flavor that I like.
Ingredients:
4 lemons, juiced  (I used the equivalent in lemon concentrate.)
1/2 cup fresh lemon balm leaves
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup boiling water
2 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Boil 2/3 cup water and sugar together either on the stove, or in the microwave until sugar is dissolved.  Add the lemon balm leaves and slightly crush.  Let stand at least 15 minutes.  Remove the leaves.  Add the lemon juice and 2 1/2 cups water.  Serve with ice, or refrigerate until cold.
