Review:  I like the taste of molasses, so figured this would be a great tasting product.  I began by substituting Yacon Syrup for honey I was adding to my warm lemon water, cayenne pepper and honey each morning.  Well, I'll tell you this much, I like molasses a whole lot better, and I prefer the honey in my lemon water.  BUT...given the facts that this product will help me feel full longer, will speed up my metabolism, and help me lose weight, I figured I could give this a try.  I've also tried it in green smoothies, and I like that option a whole lot better.

So, I started this on Monday.  Today is Friday.  I've lost 2 pounds in just that short period of time-5 days. Review:  I had the wonderful opportunity to try the dark chocolate coconut patties.  I love Mounds and Almond Joys, but Anastasia Confections' Coconut Patties surpass those by far.  They are very moist, and very fresh.  The chocolate just melts in  your mouth with a very smooth texture.  It was very hard not to eat these all at once, they were so delicious.

These would make great gifts, especially if you visit the Caribbean or Florida, and want a souvenir to give to someone.  With all the variety of flavors, there's bound to be one for everyone.

My wish is that they would offer a box that would include 1 of each flavor, and 3 of the chocolate ones to stay consistent with their 9 in a box.  Heck, why stop at 9, 12 pieces would be even better than that.

Review:  I was quite surprised that the Australian Tea Tree was different than what I currently grow in my yard.  I always thought they were the same.  Doesn't really matter, just a surprise.  What was quite a surprise was the smell of this Tea Tree Oil.  It was more pungent than I expected.

I tried this on my face where I had a few breakouts.  I tried it straight without diluting.  Even though I used just the tiniest amount on a q-tip, it was still very strong smelling.  I ended up adding some coconut oil to my breakouts which helped with the smell. And best of all the breakouts went away within 2 days.

I found it best to dilute the oil with coconut oil with using this on my body.  When using this as a disinfectant it is best to dilute it with water.  The smell isn't near as strong, but is actually refreshing and clean smelling.

One of my sons has a big issue with warts.  He'll be trying this out soon.  Unfortunately, he no longer lives with us as he is away for school.  My husband has skin tags, and this is helping with those. It works wonders on bug bites.

Review:  Sleepytime Organic Tart Cherry Juice sounded like the perfect ingredient I needed for pain relief, and aiding my during those nights I can't sleep.  I've heard great news and comments about the powerful effects of using tart cherry juice and was anxious to give it a try myself.

The first day we had this, my husband benefited from it.  He has had an ongoing, but light cough, every night just as he lies down for bed.  Probably from the high hot humidity outside, and the cool a/c inside.  He got up and tried 2 tablespoons, which is the equivalent of 80 cherries.  He said it tasted great, and he didn't cough the rest of the night.  Not only that, but he went to sleep almost immediately.  His cough didn't return for a couple of nights.

The tape measure has a button in which to retract the tape measure once you measure your body.  It has a slight curve to make it easier to measure around your wrist, neck, waist etc.  It also allows you to easily mark the inches by placing the little "end stop" (circled in blue) in the slot and keeping it in place.

It's now so nice to have these tools in one spot, rather than running to my sewing kit to grab the tape measure when I want to measure weight loss.  I read one blog where the lady commented about her weight loss program, and had wished for these very tools prior to her beginning.  She knew she had come a long ways when she was half way through, but wished she had measured first to show just how much she had actually lost from the beginning.
