Pros: Dissolves in water quickly.  Noticed an immediate difference with some of the symptoms listed above.  Works well.

Cons: This does have a taste.  It reminds me of citric powder an almost lemon type flavor.  I haven't tried it in juice, but I do taste it in water.  It's not a bad flavor to me, but it does have a flavor.
