Maintaining Weight

 Natrol Carb Intercept:
Facts: helps control carbs, helps metabolize fat, supports weight loss.  There is no wheat, corn, milk ,egg, soy, glutens, artificial colors or flavors, sugar or added preservatives.  Comes in a 60 capsule size, and a serving size is 2 capsules, and the directions say to take 2 capsules before 2 of your meals that have more starches.
Pros: this is healthy, and it actually works, there are no birth defects that could be caused, no green tea anything, coffee anything, caffeine anything, this is a great product.  I am on my second bottle right now.  I lost 5 lbs when I was sick and this has helped me maintain that weight loss, and slowly adding more weight loss.
Cons: I wish this company had a cleanse or detox that was as healthy and safe as these pills.

I have just started to combine this with a cleanse from a different company, to help flush out the toxins and unhealthy waist in my body.

Renew Life's Cleanse More:
Facts:  gluten free, contains no yeast, wheat, corn, soy, salt, sugar, dairy, animal products, binders, fillers or artificial ingredients.  It also helps with constipation, but the company recommends not using if pregnant or nursing.  Comes in a 60 capsule size, and a serving is 1 capsule before bed, or if really in trouble, take 2.  I use this 2-3 times a week, just to keep things working properly.
Pros: works great!  Nice and easy on the body, even when flushing out the blockage, its easy with no cramping or gaseous bloating.
Cons: none that I know of.

Herr's Ragin' Ranch Potato Chips

I bought Herr's Ragin' Ranch chips for my whole family to enjoy on my 4 year old's first fishing trip. It was a quick impulse buy.  I saw Ranch, thought it meant ranch flavored (which my family loves ranch dressing).  However when we opened the bag, the chips were spicy.  Almost too hot for my husband and I.

Facts: Rippled potato chips, 10 oz bag.150 calories per serving, a serving is 13 chips or 1 oz. No trans fat, no cholesterol, but 2.5 grams of saturated fat.
Pros: the longer the bag is open the less spicy the chips become. Satisfaction guarantee.  I might be putting this into effect.
Cons: for an impulse buy (which I categorize as you grab and buy, without reading anything on the back) it is horrible.  On the back side of the bag it says there is red pepper combined with cool ranch flavoring.

My Rating: as a family product, and an impulse buy.

Almond Milk

My 18 month old has an allergy to cow's milk, and many cow dairy products.  After finding this out, we put him on Soy milk, but my Herbalist said Almond milk has more nutrition for my baby, so we switched from soy to almond.
I have bought quiet a few different brands of Almond milk: Silk, Almond Breeze, Target's Store brand, Great Value.  I must say of all the brands I have 2 favorites, that I will review below.

Silk Almond Milk:
Facts: Comes in Unsweetened, Original, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate flavors. Its rich in antioxidants.  35 calories per serving, and a serving is 1 cup. There is 45% of your daily value of calcium, and 25% daily value of vitamin D.  No saturated fat, cholesterol, and sugars (well in the unsweetened).  Stays fresh 7-10 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Pros: I use Almond milk in my cereal, I am not much of a milk person, so I still can't bring myself to drink it plain, but then I can't do that with cow's milk either.  It is great to cook with.  Silk offers a satisfaction guarantee.  Kids love this, and so do adults!
Cons: It doesn't freeze at all.  For a while my fridge would freeze whatever was on the top shelf, which is all my milk.  My quarts of Almond milk would freeze, and then after thawing it was so separated that my baby couldn't drink it.

Blue Diamonds Almond Breeze:
Facts: Comes in Original, Original Unsweetened, Chocolate, Vanilla, Vanilla Unsweetened flavors. 2 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber and protein.  No trans fat, saturated fat or cholesterol.  Calcium is 45% DV, and Vitamin D is 25% DV. (Daily Value).  Serving size is 1 cup.  Comes in quart sized bottles.
Pros: this is actually a much richer flavor than the Silk Milk.  Children and adults love this almond milk.  Again, its great to cook with, bake with, put in cereal, and my 18 month old loves to drink it.  It was easy to go from formula and cow's milk to Almond milk.
Cons: Hard to find in the stores because its so popular, no coupons.

Favorite new Laundry conditioner

So I bought this, blogged about it, and found out 2 weeks later that it wasn't laundry soap, but laundry conditioner.  No wonder my clothes smelled so good.

Pros: This is great stuff, comes in a bunch of different scents, and you can either buy it in liquid form or dryer sheet form.  I personally love the liquid form, as it lasts longer, and since it's concentrated it takes less to go further.
Cons: you can't tell by reading the front or the back what it is.  You think its laundry soap by where the store puts it (with the soap, not the conditioner sections)  But at the very bottom in the tiniest font it says laundry conditioning recommendations.
Suggestions: I would have Suaritel change that, so you can more easily know what it is, before you buy it, and start using it as laundry soap.

My Rating: As Fabric softener
