Lucky Brand Women's Jeans

Details: dark navy blue color, regular inseam, size 8/29, small flare legs.

Information: I bought this pair of jeans from Ross for $20 when I was no longer bloated, and filled with water from having a baby.  I loved the feel of wearing real jeans after going back to my normal body, despite still being weighted down with baby fat.  These were super comfortable, but because of my body shape I needed a belt to keep the back of the pants from gaping open from my back.  Dark colored pants help hide weight, and hide it well.  But being a mother, and having active children the knees of these pants have faded drastically in the 1 year I've have them.  Totally not cool!  Also, since I am a mother, my pants get way more dirty and messy than my husbands, so I'm always having to wash my pants.  These have shrunk in length, so now I can't wear tennis shoes because they look like high water pants.  I am very unhappy that pants that should last for ages have shrunk so much.  When I bought them I had to roll up the leg ends because they were too long, but after each wash they are shorter and shorter.  I wash them correctly, so I know its not something I'm doing, aside from maybe washing them too much.  But how else do you get vomit, and peanut butter, and honey off your pants?  I do not recommend this brand of jeans for mothers, and for women who are around children often, because its not worth ruining a great pair of pants because you are having the time of your life with your children.
I wish companies would think about us when designing pants, so that they either don't shrink and come in lots of well fitted sizes, or that there was an easier way to clean pants for busy mothers, than taking them to the dry cleaners.  If you are not a mother, or around kids a lot, then these are amazing jeans!
