Details: Milk Chocolate hot cocoa with real peppermint candycane pieces. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, tree nuts, and wheat. Does contain milk. Does contain calcium and iron. Microwave and stove top cooking directions.
Information: You can buy this from Amazon.com cheaper than most places for good quantities. I love this stuff. Stephen's makes the best hot chocolate around, but what I love most are the fun exciting flavors. Candycane is one of my most favorite. My kids love it, its not too strong mint wise, and the pieces of candy cane are small enough they can't choke on them. This makes a cold winter's night more enjoyable and more happy! I highly recommend this product to everyone. It makes for a great present, and Christmas tradition.
My Rating
I sampled this at Costco and it tasted so much mintier than when I make it at home! I've learned to shake the canister up before I scoop it into my cup so the mint pieces that have settled to the bottom get redistributed. Also, someone in my favorite things giveaway recommended putting a scoop of peppermint ice cream into a cup of hot chocolate. I'm totally trying that!
ReplyDeleteI love Minty things. Absolutely love the idea of peppermint ice cream in hot chocolate. How about adding that peppermint ice cream to hot chocolate pudding? I also heard putting Andes Mints in your hot chocolate is divine. I've just tried the peppermint candies, but an Andes Mint is a must try too. York Mints would also be fun in hot chocolate.
ReplyDeleteEventually we hope to have another website that will post all of our favorite hot chocolate and lemonade recipes, plus a whole host of other terrifically wonderfully tasting foods in all categories. We'll keep you posted when that is ready to launch.
