Information: I use this daily, and have for most of my life. This helps relieve bloating, gas, and other digestive unpleasantness. When I feel really yucky, I will take up to 3 doses a day, but because its natural there are no side affects. This is better than tums, and better tasting too. I have only been able to buy this at Wal-Mart in the many states I've lived in.
